Enterprise Rating & Billing System for Telecommunications Industry

Think!Bill is an enterprise billing system for the communications service industry (fixed line and mobile telecommunications providers, internet service providers etc). It comprises of the following modules:

• Think!Rating responsible for collecting usage data from a mediation system and applying rates and ticket-based discounts and allowances;

• Think!Billing responsible for applying recurring charges and one time charges and processing billing-time discounts and allowances;

• Think!Invoicing responsible for aggregating data, applying summary-based discounts and allowances and finally creating bills and exporting data to the destination systems (print shop, payments & collections management etc.).

In order to fully cover the whole eTOM billing end-to-end process, Think!Bill integrates with applications that provide data (e.g. a mediation system that provides usage data from various network resources) and applications that consume data (e.g. a collections management application, print shop, enterprise data warehouse, customer portal etc.).  One of the major data providers for Think!Bill is a Customer Relationship Management system (such as Think!CRM) that provides data on customers and (assigned) products.
